The Role
We're looking for a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to build and run the operating system behind Gantri's marketing. You'll own the master marketing calendar, coordinate agencies and freelancers across channels, manage campaign planning, and build the reporting systems that give leadership a clear view of performance and where to focus next.
This role combines exceptional organizational skills with strong analytical judgment. You'll turn priorities into actionable plans, keep work moving across multiple channels and partners, and ensure our performance data is reliable enough to inform decisions. You'll audit existing processes, apply best practices, and continuously improve how marketing operates as Gantri scales.
You'll work closely with our Head of Brand, Creative Director, Lead Social Media Strategist, internal stakeholders, and external partners across paid media, email, PR, social, influencer, brand, and creative. You'll manage agencies and freelancers day to day, holding them accountable for timelines, deliverables, and results. As the team grows, you'll help build and manage a team of channel owners.
Brand and creative direction remain with the Head of Brand and Creative Director. Your role is to provide the planning, operational structure, performance data, and recommendations that help the team make better decisions and execute effectively. This is not a hands-on channel execution or product launch program management role; it's an opportunity to build the systems that make a high-performing, multi-channel marketing organization work.
What You'll Do
- Integrated Marketing Planning & Operations
- Own the master marketing calendar across paid media, social, influencer, PR, email, and other marketing channels. Keep plans coordinated, current, and visible to everyone involved.
- Manage marketing intake and prioritization. Evaluate new requests, clarify scope and trade-offs, and establish whether work should proceed now, later, or not at all. Communicate implications clearly, including to senior stakeholders.
- Turn plans into tracked work. Define owners, deliverables, dependencies, and deadlines in Asana, Notion, or similar tools. Build and continuously improve workflows, templates, and operating processes.
- Coordinate integrated campaigns. Write and manage campaign briefs, align partners around objectives and deliverables, and collaborate with the creative team on briefing and evaluating creative.
- Manage cross-functional handoffs. Ensure briefs, assets, approvals, technical requirements, and deadlines move smoothly between agencies, freelancers, internal teams, and product or engineering partners.
- Run the weekly marketing operating cadence. Lead planning and wrap-ups, publish concise status updates, document decisions, and flag risks and dependencies before they become problems.
- Manage agencies, freelancers, and production. Coordinate scopes, shoots, asset delivery, deadlines, invoices, renewals, and partner relationships. Hold external partners accountable for execution and outcomes.
- Maintain operational continuity. Document briefs, calendars, decisions, processes, and access so work can continue smoothly when partners or team members change.
- Continuously improve marketing operations. Audit existing workflows, identify gaps, introduce best practices, and build systems that scale with the team. Performance Measurement & Optimization
- Own cross-channel performance reporting grounded in multi-touch attribution. Audit existing systems, close gaps in tracking and data quality, and improve how marketing performance is measured.
- Deliver weekly and monthly reporting. Produce a reliable weekly performance snapshot across channels and monthly reporting for leadership, making results easy to understand and act on.
- Reconcile platform-reported and modeled performance. Understand the limitations of individual platforms' attribution and triangulate results using attribution tools, incrementality tests, post-purchase surveys, and other relevant methods.
- Turn data into recommendations. Identify what's working, where performance is falling short, and where investment or attention should shift.
- Set and track performance targets with leadership. Monitor metrics including customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), marketing efficiency ratio (MER), contribution margin, and new-customer revenue.
- Plan, budget, and forecast marketing spend by channel. Track actuals against plans, flag meaningful variances, and communicate the expected impact of investment decisions.
- Hold partners accountable to results. Review agency and freelancer performance against targets and ensure they provide actionable insights, not just reports.
- Run structured testing programs. Define hypotheses, sample-size requirements, success criteria, and readouts for tests across audiences, creative, offers, and landing pages. Document learnings and apply them to future campaigns.
- Monitor ecommerce funnel performance. Track conversion rate, average order value (AOV), checkout drop-off, and other site metrics. Partner with ecommerce, product, and engineering teams to identify and address issues.
- Maintain reliable marketing tracking. Oversee pixels, UTMs, server-side events, and data flows into our analytics and attribution tools, coordinating technical implementation with the appropriate partners.
Required Experience
- 6–9 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years coordinating integrated marketing calendars across multiple channels, agencies, or external partners at a consumer brand or agency.
- Strong operational ownership. You've managed complex marketing workflows, coordinated multiple stakeholders, and kept campaigns and deliverables on schedule without constant oversight.
- Agency and freelancer management experience. You've owned partner relationships, scopes, briefs, timelines, budgets, and performance expectations—and know how to hold partners accountable.
- Analytical and commercial judgment. You're comfortable interpreting cross-channel performance, managing budgets and forecasts, and translating data into clear recommendations.
- Experience with marketing measurement tools. You understand GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo or an equivalent email platform, and at least one attribution platform such as Northbeam, Triple Whale, Rockerbox, or similar.
- A sound understanding of attribution. You know why platform-reported results can conflict with modeled performance and how to use incrementality testing, post-purchase surveys, and marketing mix modeling (MMM) to make better decisions.
- A track record of improving systems. You've inherited a messy or underdeveloped marketing operation and measurably improved its processes, reporting, tracking, or workflows.
- Strong planning and prioritization instincts. You work backward from deadlines, identify dependencies, scope requests clearly, and communicate trade-offs. You're comfortable pushing back constructively when new requests threaten existing commitments.
- Fluency with project management tools. You can build an effective operating system in Asana, Notion, or similar tools—not just maintain tasks in a system someone else designed.
- Excellent written communication. Your briefs, status updates, decision logs, and recommendations are clear, concise, and useful to people who weren't in the meeting.
- A good eye for brand. You understand that aesthetics are part of the product, recognize when creative feels off-brand, and work effectively with creative leaders without needing to own creative direction.
- Calm, reliable execution. You create clarity, anticipate problems, and make the scramble unnecessary.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with SQL or a BI tool such as Looker, Metabase, or Mode.
- Experience at a design-led, direct-to-consumer (DTC), lifestyle, fashion, or home brand.
- Experience with made-to-order or on-demand fulfillment models.
- Experience building or managing a growing marketing team.
What Success Looks Like
- First 30 days: A master marketing calendar is built and agreed upon, intake and prioritization are running, and every in-flight project has an owner and deadline.
- First 60 days: A reliable weekly performance snapshot is delivered consistently, and the calendar becomes the source of truth for agencies and freelancers.
- First 90 days: Potential conflicts are flagged before they happen, partner handovers run from documented processes rather than memory, and leadership has a clearer view of performance and investment priorities.
