Job Description

We’re looking for a best-in-class Digital Marketing Manager to accelerate pipeline and revenue through high-performing paid media and search engine marketing (SEM). This role is the in-house authority for full-funnel paid acquisition strategy, performance creative, conversion optimization, and measurement.
You’ll own the end-to-end paid media engine—building scalable, data-driven programs that reliably generate qualified demand while improving efficiency (CAC, CPL, CPA). You’ll also bring a modern, AI-enabled approach to campaign optimization, insight generation, and experimentation—using automation and intelligence to move faster, test smarter, and continuously improve outcomes.
What You’ll Do
  • Own Paid Media Strategy: Develop and execute full-funnel SEM and paid media strategies tied to pipeline, bookings, and efficiency metrics, leveraging AI-driven insights to inform channel mix, targeting, and investment decisions.
  • Plan and Forecast: Set quarterly and monthly plans; translate goals into channel forecasts and KPIs (MQL → SQL → pipeline → bookings), using predictive signals and historical performance modeling where possible.
  • Optimize Campaigns at Scale: Launch, manage, and scale programs across Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging paid channels. Use AI-assisted keyword research, audience expansion, and bid optimization to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Drive Conversion Through Experimentation: Partner with web, design, and content teams to improve landing page and form conversion rates. Establish disciplined testing across ads, creative, offers, and page elements—using AI tools to accelerate test ideation, creative iteration, and insight synthesis.
  • Ensure Measurement Integrity: Maintain clean tracking and attribution (GTM governance, enhanced conversions, UTMs, conversion APIs). Apply advanced analytics and AI-powered reporting to deliver executive-ready insights and performance narratives.
  • Manage Audiences Intelligently: Build and manage retargeting, suppression, and lookalike audiences. Use behavioral signals and AI-enabled segmentation to align messaging with funnel stage and intent.
  • Budget Stewardship: Own pacing, forecasting, and variance analysis; partner with finance and leadership to explain performance drivers. Manage agencies, vendors, and ad tech partners, including platforms that use automation and machine learning.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to platform policies, data privacy standards, and internal controls while responsibly adopting new AI and automation capabilities.
What You Bring
  • 4–6+ years of hands-on ownership of SEM and paid media programs with measurable impact on pipeline, revenue, and efficiency (CPL, CPA, CAC).
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads; strong operator in LinkedIn Ads and paid social platforms.
  • Proven ability to scale campaigns end-to-end—account structure, keywords, ads, audiences, budgets, and optimization frameworks.
  • Strong measurement foundation: GA4, GTM, HubSpot, Salesforce reporting, with a clear understanding of attribution tradeoffs and data quality.
  • Experience using AI-powered tools for campaign optimization, creative development, audience insights, forecasting, or performance analysis (platform-native or third-party).
  • CRO and experimentation mindset across ads, landing pages, and offers—focused on qualified, revenue-driving outcomes.
  • Analytical and financially grounded; comfortable forecasting, pacing, and diagnosing performance using Excel or Sheets (Power BI a plus).
  • Executive-ready communicator who can translate complex data and AI-driven insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Highly organized, high-ownership, and continuously learning as marketing platforms, AI capabilities, and privacy expectations evolve.
