Position Overview

Are you excited about the latest trends in digital marketing and ready to help shape the future of paid media at U.S. Bank? We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic credit card marketing team. In this role, you’ll focus on cross -channel campaign execution, AI -powered optimization, and audience -first strategies to help grow our brand and drive results. This position is ideal for early - career marketing professionals eager to build hands -on experience in a fast -moving, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, launch, and management of digital paid media campaigns across a variety of channels, including search, social, display, video, and emerging platforms.
  • Leverage AI-driven tools and data analytics to monitor campaign performance, optimize targeting, and enhance audience segmentation for improved results. Demonstrate initiative and creativity by proactively identifying opportunities for campaign improvement and bringing new ideas to the team.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and agency partners to ensure campaigns are integrated, on-brand, and aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Assist with campaign reporting, analyze key metrics, and share insights to inform future strategies.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure all campaigns meet compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to budget tracking and help coordinate campaign assets and timelines.
  • Support influencer marketing campaigns by coordinating and executing plans to promote U.S. Bank products
  • Apply creative thinking to campaign strategies and content development, helping the team stand out in a competitive market.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Four to six years of experience in marketing or related field
Preferred Skills/Experience
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or a related field (internships and project work count!).
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, or similar).
- Hands-on experience using analytics tools to interpret campaign data.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills; comfortable working in a collaborative, cross functional setting.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability and a growth mindset—eager to learn, open to feedback, and ready to take on new challenges.
- Basic understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations in digital marketing
- Thorough knowledge of marketing and sales strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of advertising/promotion and new business development

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $81,515.00 - $95,900.00
