Role Overview
You will own the strategy, execution, and growth of Rubick's digital marketing engine. This role is focused on driving customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth through data-driven marketing, AI-powered automation, and scalable growth systems.
The role involves three areas: Part 1: The Fundamentals | Part 2: AI-Driven Marketing Excellence | Part 3: Innovation & Improvements
Part 1: The Fundamentals
  • Own and drive digital marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Drive key growth metrics including lead generation, customer acquisition, conversion rates, retention, and marketing ROI.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Design, and Content teams to execute growth initiatives.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal channel performance.
  • Build a culture of experimentation, customer obsession, and data-driven decision making.
Part 2: AI-Driven Marketing Excellence
  • Leverage AI tools across campaign management, content generation, audience targeting, personalization, and performance optimization.
  • Build AI-first marketing workflows that improve efficiency, scalability, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Utilize marketing automation and CRM platforms to create intelligent customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Develop dashboards, reporting systems, and data visibility frameworks to enable faster decision-making.
  • Drive performance marketing across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, SEO, SEM, email, and social channels using data and AI-driven insights.
  • Continuously evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies to improve marketing productivity and ROI.
Part 3: Innovation & Improvements
  • Re-engineer marketing processes for speed, scalability, and better business outcomes.
  • Identify automation opportunities and eliminate repetitive manual workflows.
  • Build repeatable growth playbooks, knowledge repositories, and best-practice frameworks.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, consumer behavior shifts, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
To Have
  • 7+ years of Digital Marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong expertise in Performance Marketing and Growth Marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, CRM, and Marketing Automation tools.
  • Proven track record of scaling customer acquisition and improving marketing ROI.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in eCommerce, Retail, Consumer Brands, or SaaS is preferred.
  • Experience leveraging AI, automation, and data-driven marketing technologies is a strong advantage.
