The Role
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager in Atlanta, GA to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies while overseeing content generation across several platforms.

Job RequirementsBasic Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing

  • Experience: 3-5 years

  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Marketing, Digital Media, Google Analytics, Social media platforms

  • Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing principles with proven working experience in digital marketing, preferably within the industry.

  • Expertise in digital media planning and execution

  • Proficiency in data analytics and interpretation

  • Advanced knowledge of social media platforms and best practices

Technical Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM campaigns, marketing database management, email marketing campaigns (Pardot), social media strategy, and display advertising campaigns

  • Experience in landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization

  • Experience with social media management platforms and marketing automation tools

  • Proven experience with A/B testing methodologies and implementation

  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Brightedge, SEMRush, etc.)

  • Working knowledge of Google Ads and ad serving tools such as Demandbase

  • Expertise in developing content for campaigns across major search engines

  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines

  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS development and technical constraints

Core ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing Strategy
  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing plans

  • Manage campaign budgets and increase digital marketing ROI

  • Implement and optimize multi-channel campaigns

  • Monitor and report on KPIs

  • Ensure proper integration of marketing tools

Content Strategy & Generation
  • Create and manage content calendar

  • Develop creative content across platforms to improve organic search rankings,  enhance social media engagement, and boost conversion rates.

  • Oversee SEO content strategy

  • Manage email marketing initiatives to grow email marketing database

  • Manage website updates

Analytics & Optimization
  • Monitor campaign performance

  • Conduct A/B testing to improve content performance metrics

  • Optimize landing pages

  • Generate performance reports

Physical demands & travel:

  • Travel Requirements: 10% of the time
