The Role

Incubation & Growth team at ResMed is responsible for incubating new products/services and markets to drive future growth opportunities. The Digital Marketing Lead, Incubation will support this team connecting marketing strategy to campaign execution for pilots / experiments in various markets aimed at healthcare consumer, provider, and partner audiences. This role requires hands-on execution—launching, testing, measuring, and iterating marketing campaigns at speed. The ideal candidate is experienced across digital marketing disciplines (such as search, social, display, web, email) with affinity for data and analytics in a high-growth startup-like environment, familiar with agile ways of working, and is entrepreneurial, resourceful, and adaptable, with strong communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the definition, design, execution, and measurement of digital marketing strategies and tactics to deliver on Incubation & Growth team’s objectives and desired business outcomes.

  • Develop marketing strategy, optimal mix of digital channels, KPIs and targets, and media investment estimates to execute pilots/experiments and achieve goals.

  • Deliver digital campaigns and experiences, working across internal marketing teams including Digital (channel leads, squads), MarTech, Data Analytics as well as product teams, external partners and agencies.

  • Manage and monitor digital activation schedules, performance and reporting, issues and risks proactively. Ensure campaigns comply with data privacy (e.g. GDPR, CAN-SPAM, HIPAA for healthcare) and other regulations in respective markets.

  • Navigate ambiguity and complexity, balancing multiple experiments at different stages with evolving priorities and minimal oversight.

  • Operate with a test-and-learn mindset, continuously optimizing campaigns based on performance data, leveraging A/B testing, funnel analysis, and conversion optimization to improve impact – based on real-time learnings.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • 12+ years of experience in digital marketing channel strategy and hands-on execution (e.g. web content management, SEO, social media, programmatic display, lifecycle marketing, conversion optimization, analytics).

  • Seasoned lead with client focus, strategic thinking, executional excellence, and problem-solving in fast-moving and ambiguous environments mix of, and execution.

  • Ability to establish strong working relationship with internal clients, understanding priorities, influencing, validating, negotiating deliverables and timing; collaborate across marketing and other teams to ensure delivery milestones

  • Adept at seamlessly moving between campaign ideation into estimation and resourcing, and then into tactical campaign execution leveraging support from globally distributed digital specialists, MarTech and analytics teams (as needed).

  • Hands-on experience expertise with common web content management &  marketing automation systems particularly HubSpot, paid advertising particularly ad management platforms of Google, Meta, Amazon and other programmatic ad platforms, and other digital marketing tools for research and testing, such as Semrush, Data Dog, ABtasty, Demandbase, and SparkToro. Strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights and continuously optimize performance.

  • Knowledge and understanding of Agile methodologies, identification and implementation of continuous improvement programs.

  • Experience as a health / medical technology and DTC marketer with demonstrated success in launching digital campaigns in the US and international markets.

  • Experience in a technology startup or other fast-paced environment with hands-on responsibility for multi-channel digital campaign execution is preferred.

  • Prior agency-side, consulting, or in-house agency experience is helpful.

  • Strong mix of strategic thinking, executional excellence, and problem-solving in fast-moving and ambiguous environments.

  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and continuously optimize performance.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

Subject to the absolute discretion of the company, this role may be eligible for an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance.

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is:

Total Base Pay Range

$150,000.00 -$ 227,000.00 USD Annual

For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
