Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:

As the Digital Marketing Lead for EMEA, you are responsible for driving the performance and digital presence of Arc’teryx across the region, with a strong emphasis on performance marketing. You bring focus, clarity, and craft to our digital marketing programs, ensuring our guests connect with the right products and experiences at the right moments, while delivering measurable growth across paid media and digital channels.

You’ll partner with Global Digital Growth Marketing, EMEA Brand Marketing, and key platform teams to turn regional insights into impactful action. You own channel execution and continuous optimization—balancing global strategy with local needs to support sustainable growth. This role is based out of our Munich office and is open to hybrid remote work.

Meet Your Future Team:

The EMEA Digital Commerce team is responsible for developing our ecommerce channel and all consumer-facing digital touchpoints for Arc’teryx in EMEA. It is a high-performing team responsible for direct-to-consumer ecommerce (strategy & operations), Digital Marketing (CRM / Paid / SEO), Digital Analytics and working closely with global counterparts. The team works closely with many other regional teams within Marketing and Commercial.

If you were the Digital Marketing Lead EMEA now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

  • Partner daily with the Global Digital Growth Marketing team, ensuring EMEA insights and opportunities are accurately represented in global planning and execution
  • Manage budgets across a variety of ad programs and work with finance to accrue and reconcile monthly spending
  • Collaborate with EMEA Brand Marketing to align performance initiatives, creative development, and brand execution across all digital touchpoints.
  • Manage and track the regional digital marketing budget, supporting accurate forecasting and ensuring visibility into spend and performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Google, Meta, and global platform teams, aligning on priorities, opportunities, and best practices for the region.
  • Oversee the partnership with the Global Affiliate Agency, driving ongoing optimisation, partner evaluation, and channel efficiency.
  • Continuously review channel and campaign performance to identify efficiencies, unlock incremental value, and drive long‑term sustainable growth across EMEA.
  • Build strong relationships with outside vendors and agencies, keep up to date with media trends and bring new opportunities to the business

Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future:

  • Scaling performance media strategies into 3–5-year growth plans inline with company targets
  • Growing an in-house performance marketing execution team
  • Develop strategies to build toward an omnichannel future

Technical Skills:

  • Have a deep understanding of performance media tactics across Google, Meta, Bing, Pinterest and other platforms that allows you to understand the media ecosystem and plan campaigns to hit business goals
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Google Marketing Platforms (Campaign Manager, DV360, SA360, Ads Data Hub, Analytics) and Adobe Analytics
  • Familiarity with tagging, tracking, and measurement fundamentals (pixels, GTM, attribution).

Are you our next Digital Marketing Lead, EMEA?

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field required
  • 2+ years' experience in Paid Digital Advertising Strategy
  • 2+ years’ experience in standard ad buying platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Pinterest)
  • You can contextualize numbers and build narratives for business stakeholders.
  • You have proven experience managing regional or multi-market digital strategies
  • You collaborate naturally across markets, cultures, and functions, building alignment while maintaining momentum and clarity.
  • You are proactive, self‑directed, and comfortable with autonomy, thriving in fast‑moving environments where priorities shift and opportunities emerge quickly.
  • Your passion for your work is paralleled by your passion for getting outside and living it
  • You have proven experience managing regional or multi market digital strategies, balancing global frameworks with the unique needs of local communities
