Digital Marketing Intern (Academic Credit)

The Social Media Coordinator / Graphics (Intern) is responsible for supporting the company’s digital marketing and promotional activities through content creation, graphic design, and media editing. The role involves managing and updating social media and website content, producing visual materials for appliance and furniture promotions, and assisting with customer engagement and basic technical support when needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating, editing, and updating content for the company website and social media platforms.

• Produce and edit digital media such as reels, promotional videos, and audio advertisements.

• Design marketing materials including posters, flyers, and brochures for appliances and furniture.

• Contribute creative content ideas to improve online engagement and brand visibility.

• Take and edit photos of appliances and furniture for promotional use.

• Perform basic graphic design tasks including image cropping, layout design, and preparation of marketing visuals.

• Print flyers and assist in preparing promotional materials for marketing activities.

• Respond to page inquiries and follow up with customers on social media platforms.

• Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for office devices such as computers, printers, POS systems, and network connections.

• Assist in organizing and preparing visual content for marketing displays and campaigns.
