Digital Marketing Intern - HammerHead

The 2026 Summer Internship Program will run from May 18, 2026, through August 7, 2026. Candidates must be available to start on May 18 and participate through the duration of the program.

HammerHead, located in Lake Mills, Wisconsin is a division of The Toro Company. What Will You Do? 

In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for: 

• Assist in developing and scheduling social media content across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).  

• Support the execution and monitoring of digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads & Meta Ads)

• Help update and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform content strategy.

• Collaborate with Marketing Specialist on campaign planning.   

• Contribute creative ideas for marketing initiatives.

What Do You Need? 

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements: 

• Currently enrolled as a sophomore, junior or senior in a Bachelor’s program in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or a related field.

• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

• Basic understanding of website content management systems (e.g., WordPress).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
