Key Responsibilities:
1. Comparison Shopping Engine (CSE) Management:
o Set up, optimize, and manage CSE campaigns across various platforms.
o Monitor campaign performance and implement strategies to improve ROI.
o Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and refine bidding strategies.
o Ensure product feeds are optimized and up-to-date to maximize visibility.
2. Affiliate Program Management:
o Develop and manage affiliate marketing campaigns to drive traffic and revenue.
o Recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with new affiliates and partners.
o Work with affiliates to optimize promotions and negotiate commissions where necessary.
o Track performance metrics, identify trends, and suggest improvements to boost affiliate effectiveness.
3. Feed Management:
o Oversee the creation, maintenance, and optimization of product feeds for CSEs, affiliates, and other digital platforms.
o Work closely with product and development teams to ensure accurate and timely data flow.
o Identify issues within feeds and troubleshoot with appropriate solutions to maintain campaign integrity.
4. Internal and External Stakeholder Engagement:
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, eCommerce, design) to align digital marketing initiatives with business goals.
o Regularly communicate campaign performance, insights, and strategy with internal stakeholders.
o Manage relationships with vendors and third-party platforms, ensuring they meet performance and service expectations.
5. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
o Use analytics tools to track and report on key metrics, campaign performance, and overall ROI.
o Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
o Develop and present regular reports to leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for growth.
6. Budget Management:
o Plan and manage digital marketing budgets for CSE and affiliate programs.
o Ensure campaigns are cost-effective and within allocated budgets.
o Monitor spending and adjust campaigns to maximize profitability.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
· 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on CSE management, affiliate marketing, and feed management.
· Strong technical skills in managing product feeds, data integration, and optimization.
· Proficient in Google Analytics/ Adobe Analytics, Google Merchant Center, and CSE management tools.
· Experience working with affiliate networks and managing partner relationships.
· Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging internal and external stakeholders.
· Self-starter with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
· Experience in the electronics and/or distribution industry is an added advantage.
Preferred:
· Experience with UK and EU affiliate marketing platforms.
· Knowledge of SEO and other digital marketing channels.
· Proficiency in feed management platforms like Feedonomics, ChannelAdvisor, or similar.
