Digital Marketing Coordinator 

 

 

Position Overview 

 

Youth Villages is looking for a digital marketing coordinator to lead digital and creative efforts for our foster care program and support other key initiatives. In this role, you'll take ownership of campaign planning from developing strategies to tracking performance and reporting results. We're looking for someone who brings strong project management skills, attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine passion for using digital marketing to drive meaningful impact. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Digital Marketing Coordinator: 

  • Leads digital and creative marketing efforts for Youth Villages initiatives. 

  • Collaborates with internal teams to create and implement marketing strategies that support program visibility. 

  • Supports multiple digital channels - social media, email, video, web, creative and paid media. 

  • Attends local events when needed to help support program needs and capture real-time content. 

  • Manages project timelines and approvals using our project management system. 

  • Monitors and reports on the performance of digital campaigns, using insights to improve strategy and increase impact. 

  • Provides general administrative support to the digital communications team. 

  • Helps research, coordinate, and support special projects and new digital initiatives. 

  • Takes on other related duties that support the team and our mission. 

  • Develops project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring alignment with campaign goals.  

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for project-related communications with stakeholders, providing regular updates, addressing inquiries, and facilitating feedback sessions.  

  • Fosters collaboration among cross-functional team members by scheduling and facilitating project kickoffs, brainstorming sessions, and internal review meetings.  

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, campaign management, or social media. 

  • Experienced in creating and managing digital campaigns with clear goals and measurable results. 

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects, deadlines, and feedback loops across teams. 

  • Familiar with digital tools like email marketing systems and social media scheduling tools. 

  • Experience using Wrike (or similar project management software) is a plus. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with stakeholders. 

  • Flexibility to work some evening and weekends for content capture or to assist with support needed for communications needs at events initiatives.
