The Digital Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution and management of digital marketing campaigns aimed at driving student enrollment. This position reports to the Director of Digital Strategy and is an in-person position in Daytona Beach, Florida, which involves coordinating with various departments, managing timelines, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and analyzing campaign performance to inform strategic decisions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has excellent communication skills and possesses a strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and strategies in addition to project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:
- Coordinate and manage the lifecycle of digital marketing projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met via our project management software Teamwork.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams (creative, content, CRM, landing pages and analytics) to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
2. Campaign Coordination:
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (TargetX, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CollegeVine, SCOIR, etc.).
- Monitor campaign progress and make adjustments as needed to optimize performance.
3. Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding project updates and campaign performance.
- Prepare and deliver regular campaign status reports and performance summaries to stakeholders.
- Address inquiries and provide solutions to any issues that arise during campaigns.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights and areas for improvement.
- Generate comprehensive reports detailing campaign results, ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs) for leadership.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to enhance future campaigns.
5. Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all campaign materials meet university and brand standards.
- Ensure all campaign materials have full approval.
- Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies promptly.
6. Process Improvement:
- Continuously seek opportunities to streamline project management processes.
- Implement best practices and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and platform updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing, or project management
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (TargetX, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.)
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Teamwork) and Excel.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to communicate ideas and strategies clearly and effectively to teams/stakeholders.
- Must have the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Graciously accepts constructive critique and can incorporate feedback.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in project management.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel including pivot tables and v or x lookups.
- Proficiency in coding languages essential to digital marketing campaigns (e.g., HTML, AMPScript, etc.)
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and data.
