Position Overview :
We’re seeking an experienced Marketing Communications professional to join our European marketing team. As the Digital & Marketing Communications Manager for France, you will be responsible for developing and executing local communication and digital marketing strategies. This is a remote role, with occasional visits to our Paris office and up to two annual trips for business purposes.
Reporting to the European Digital Marketing & Communications Lead for Institutional, you'll work closely with global, European, and local marketing teams to drive our digital presence and optimize communication efforts across channels. You’ll also ensure our marketing strategies directly contribute to business growth in the French market.
Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute digital marketing and communication strategies across online and offline channels, tailored to the French market.

Collaborate with various departments to create go-to-market strategies for new products and services.

Implement the Diversey content calendar in line with EU-wide awareness and demand generation efforts.

Plan and lead local marketing events and exhibitions to enhance our presence.

Oversee Diversey’s social media and website for France, ensuring brand consistency.

Solicit input from customers and local teams to create relevant marketing collateral.

Manage internal communication plans to ensure alignment across the organization.

Ideal Candidate
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
-
5+ years of experience in digital marketing and communications, ideally in a B2B environment.

Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Skillshop, and inbound marketing techniques (preferred).

Strong project management skills and experience with innovation launches.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Fluent in both English and French.

Creative thinker with a proactive attitude and ability to take initiative.

Experience in matrix organizations and managing stakeholders.
