The Digital Marketing Business Analyst for commercial collaborates with commercial businesses and product owners to define and deliver IT services and investments that achieve business objectives and build competitive advantage. This includes collaborating on strategy, collecting requirements, advising on industry standard methodologies, developing roadmaps, and analyzing processes for improvement. This role also manages and develops Salesforce functionalities, ensuring its alignment with business objectives through agile methodologies. Additionally, the analyst assesses business procedures and information required for implementing initiatives to improve user experience and efficiency.
What will you be doing?
You’ll be the bridge between business and technology, working closely with commercial teams and product owners to define and deliver IT services that meet strategic goals. Your day will involve gathering and translating requirements into actionable solutions, writing testable user stories, and mapping processes to identify improvements. You’ll manage Salesforce functionalities, support global initiatives, and ensure new digital marketing tools like Sitecore rollouts are tested and optimized. Every project you lead will help harmonize processes and enhance efficiency across the business.
What will you need to be successful?
Success in this role means combining technical expertise with strong communication and analytical skills. You’ll thrive in a global, fast-paced environment and bring a collaborative mindset to every challenge. Key requirements include:
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, engineering, or science, plus certification in Business Analysis with CMS experience.
  • 3–6 years of experience as a business analyst, including at least 3 years in CRM IT web development and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile and SCRUM methodologies, plus tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes, multi-channel marketing, and CRM systems, ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
