Digital Marketing Automation and AI SpecialistSummary of the role
The Digital Marketing Automation and AI Specialist will be part of our Digital Marketing Global Operation Team within the Hospitality Division and will explore, evaluate, and implement Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Digital Marketing team day-to-day tasks.
This person will play an important role in shaping the future of our digital marketing operations by testing and refining various GAI use cases, defining best practices, and making them standard operating processes for the team.
Their expertise in Digital Marketing (SEO) will be crucial in improving the team internal workflow and product offering, as well as identifying efficiency opportunities.
A wider knowledge of digital marketing, including pay-per-click (PPC) display remarketing will also be beneficial.
Main Responsibilities
Operational Efficiency

Identify areas where team efficiency can be improved by leveraging AI tools.

Identify GAI tools to assess suitability for integration into our workflow.

Collaborate with internal teams to test and develop best practices to automate SEO and paid Digital Media related manual tasks through the use of GAI.

Document processes and guidelines for the team to follow when utilizing GAI tools.

Ensure seamless deployment and troubleshoot any integration issues that may arise.

Monitor the impact of automation on internal efficiency and customers’ website performance.

Lead training sessions for team members on the use of GAI tools and the established best practices.

Leverage tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Google Looker, Google Search Console, and other tools (Bing Webmaster tools, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, MOZ, etc.) for day-to-day operations.
Collaborate with Team Members

Collaborate with the Digital Marketing and Performance team on collecting and prioritizing use cases, designing test approaches, and building effective GAI solutions.

Work with the Process Improvement manager to integrate GAI solutions into existing workflows and global training.
Stay Updated

Stay informed about the latest trends, advancements, and emerging technologies in GAI, particularly those relevant to digital marketing and advertising.

Assess their relevance and advise on their integration into our operations.

Network with industry professionals, attend conferences, and participate in forums to build a network and stay informed about the latest developments in GAI and digital marketing.
About the Ideal Candidate

BA or BS Degree, preferred in related field of study, including Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Business Intelligence, Statistics, or Finance.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, Paid Media, Content Marketing, social media, Google Analytics with experience in the hospitality industry a plus.

Detail-oriented, well-organized, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a goal-driven business environment. Project management experience and process improvement mindset.

Practical experience with multiple GAI applications including ChatGPT, CoPilot, Google Gemini, and other emerging solutions.

Effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to understand the statistics and troubleshoot the data to identify the way forward.
