Position Summary
We are looking for a Marketing Assistant Intern to support the execution of Alpega’s digital and strategic marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on market segmentation, customer insights, demand generation, and commercial performance analysis as for example website optimization, organic and paid traffic generation, aimed at improving customer understanding and strategic segmentation.
This role will help reinforce Alpega’s positioning across different markets and customer segments by contributing to the annual digital marketing plan, campaign execution, and data-driven decision-making. The position offers exposure to both operational and strategic marketing in a global SaaS environment.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Support the definition and execution of the strategic and operational marketing plan aligned with Alpega’s business objectives.
- Contribute to annual digital campaign planning and promotional initiatives across markets and segments.
- Support the global marketing planning process to ensure alignment across regions, channels, and solutions.
Website Optimization & Demand Generation
- Support website optimization initiatives to increase traffic, conversion, and demand generation.
- Collaborate on paid media campaigns (mainly Google Ads and Meta) to generate qualified leads where organic reach is limited.
- Contribute to the analysis of campaign performance and propose data-driven improvements.
Market Segmentation & Positioning
- Support market research and customer analysis to define target segments and audience profiles.
- Contribute to positioning strategies based on customer insights, product value propositions, and market needs.
- Assist in translating strategic insights into actionable marketing initiatives.
Data Analysis & Commercial Insights
- Analyze marketing and commercial data to support decision-making and campaign strategy.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights to key stakeholders.
- Support funnel analysis, lead qualification initiatives, and marketing performance tracking.
Marketing Technology & Innovation
- Participate in the implementation and evaluation of conversational AI initiatives focused on lead qualification.
- Work with marketing and CRM tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Support advanced analytical initiatives such as segmentation models and funnel optimization.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, business, and data teams in a global marketing environment.
- Support the alignment between marketing strategy and commercial execution.
Requirements:
Mandatory
- Undergraduate student in 3rd or 4th year, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
- Proactive, curious, and critical thinker with strong interpersonal skills.
- Advanced level of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Interest in strategic marketing, digital channels, and data-driven decision-making.
Preferred
- Previous internship experience in marketing, business analysis, or digital roles.
- Knowledge of strategic and operational marketing concepts.
- Interest in SaaS, B2B marketing, or technology-driven environments.
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and marketing technology tools.
