Marketing Assistant
Full-Time | In-Office | Lehi, UT
We're growing our marketing team and are looking for a dependable, organized, and proactive Marketing Assistant to help manage and execute marketing campaigns for a busy mortgage team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves marketing, enjoys keeping projects organized, and can take ownership of campaigns from start to finish.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns for multiple loan officers.
- Create, schedule, and manage email and text marketing campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and maintain detailed reporting.
- Monitor results and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Help brainstorm and implement new marketing ideas and strategies.
- Keep marketing projects organized and ensure deadlines are met.
- Work closely with our team to execute consistent, high-quality marketing initiatives.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
- Social media marketing
- Google Ads (Google Adwords)
- CRM or marketing automation platforms
- Email marketing platforms
- Analytics and campaign reporting

This is not a sales or cold-calling position. Instead, you'll be responsible for managing campaigns, communications, and marketing initiatives that help our loan officers build relationships with real estate agents and clients.

- Location: In-office in Lehi, Utah
- Pay: Starting around $20/hour, with higher compensation available depending on experience.
