To support our continued growth, we are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to lead the execution of website enhancements and support digital marketing campaign delivery. At Allegro, we operate as "One Allegro," collaborating seamlessly across teams and geographies to achieve shared success.

What You'll Do

  • Execute integrated digital marketing campaigns, including email, paid media, SEO, and organic social initiatives.

  • Manage and publish website content using Sitecore, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and technical best practices.

  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to support the execution of digital campaigns, product launches, and web enhancements.

  • Own the web production workflow—from intake and prioritization to publishing and QA—ensuring timely and accurate delivery of web updates.

  • Optimize landing pages and site content for SEO, accessibility, and performance across devices and browsers.

  • Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics; identify opportunities to improve UX, engagement, and conversion.

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to implement A/B tests, support website enhancement efforts, and ensure web experience drives business results.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, and development teams to launch new web pages, landing pages, and digital campaigns on time and with high quality.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience managing website content and digital campaigns, preferably in a B2B environment

  • Hands-on experience with Sitecore or a similar enterprise-level CMS

  • Strong understanding of web publishing workflows, HTML/CSS basics, and cross-browser compatibility

  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, web accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design principles

  • Experience using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar to inform content decisions and optimize performance

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
