Digital Marketing Data Analyst — Global Marketing, Warsaw, Poland
In the role of Digital Marketing Data Analyst in the Global Marketing — Digital Media team, you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will serve as the data and measurement backbone of our digital media practice — owning reporting infrastructure, designing experiments, and leading advanced measurement initiatives like data clean rooms.
The Team You Will Be Part Of
You will join a high-impact digital media team at SteelSeries covering paid search, paid social, programmatic, and global media operations. The team values data-driven decision-making and collaboration across global stakeholders.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
Build and improve performance reporting across channels, including Power BI dashboards that drive decisions
Define KPI frameworks and identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities
Design and analyze A/B tests and deliver clear, actionable recommendations
Support data clean room initiatives and incrementality measurement
Write SQL queries to develop unified cross-platform performance insights
Collaborate with engineering on data pipelines and tracking frameworks
Translate analysis into clear insights for stakeholders and leadership
To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:
Have a strong background in digital or media analytics
Are proficient in SQL and working with data warehouses
Have experience building dashboards in BI tools
Understand paid media platforms and their data outputs
Are comfortable designing and analyzing experiments
Can communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
It is beneficial to have experience with data clean rooms, attribution models, or statistical tools like Python or R
