Digital Marketing Analyst
As Digital Marketing Analyst you will support Omni-Channel Analytics by ensuring our web pages and digital campaigns are tagged, tracked and reported on properly. Maintain efficient use of tag libraries to ensure customer experience isn't negatively impacted by tags loading improperly. Assist in the development of reports in Tableau/Quantum Metric and analysis of data from across the organization.
In this role, a typical day will include:
- Work with agency partners and regional brand managers to gather tagging requirements for marketing campaigns.
- Oversee all stages of instrumentation/conversion tracking and conduct full end-to-end data validation and QA of tag implementation.
- Perform quarterly tag audits to keep tag library up to date.
- Utilize tag auditing software to ensure tags are always running properly.
- Configure/Tag conversion events in Tealium and GA
- Connect web data to our data lake.
- Ingest data from various sources into Tableau dashboards.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:
- About 2 years of experience with a tag management tool, preferably Tealium, Google Tag Manager or Adobe Launch is suitable.
- Experience in any web analytics tool. Examples are GA4, Adobe, Quantum Metric
- Experience with Google Marketing Platform – mainly Google Analytics, AdWords and Search Console
- Data Visualization Experience, tools such as Tableau/Qlik/DataStudio/PowerBI
- Proficiency working with instrumentation pixels (image, iframe, js, etc)
- Familiarity with JavaScript is a bonus.
