Position Summary
A leading partner-based credit card business is undergoing significant digital transformation. The Digital Marketing and Channels (DMC) organization drives this change, focusing on digital acquisition, servicing, and marketing for retail credit products. DMC supports a vast portfolio of retail partners across North America. This role sits within the Digital Maintenance Marketing Team, specifically the Google Ad Management team, which manages all digital marketing communication channels, executing campaigns and continuously optimizing processes.
This role focuses on the daily management and execution of customer-facing marketing campaigns across online platforms, supporting partner marketing plans and driving card acquisition, customer engagement, and sales.

Primary Responsibilities & Focus:
Flawless execution and delivery of customer marketing campaigns supporting partner and digital marketing plans.
Deliver targeted campaigns through partner-branded online servicing sites and non-targeted banners on credit card application sites.
Utilize Google Ad Manager for campaign setup, execution, trafficking, monitoring, and reporting.
Manage the campaign lifecycle, including offer intake, QA, requirement review, setup, execution, and reporting.
Collaborate with internal partner management teams to understand partner strategies and provide recommendations on optimizing digital marketing programs.
Continuously improve processes and controls to ensure adherence to corporate policies and mitigate risks.
Maintain detailed channel documentation, including procedure manuals, control documents, project requirements, campaign calendars, and forms.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
2-5 years of relevant digital marketing/media experience.
Thorough understanding of ad serving concepts and familiarity with industry terms.
Working knowledge of display platforms like Google Ad Manager, JIRA and Confluence.
Experience in campaign execution and management.
Customer-focused work ethic with high service and quality standards.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
Financial services experience is a plus.
