Your responsibilities will include:

  • Co-creating the marketing strategy and its tactical operationalization to drive sales growth and acquire new customers
  • Managing channels for acquiring high-quality traffic (including SEO and marketing automation)
  • Identifying new growth opportunities in digital marketing
  • Managing the development and use of marketing automation tools (Salesforce ecosystem)
  • Developing marketing automation processes that support lead and customer acquisition and nurturing
  • Leveraging marketing technologies to personalize communication
  • Developing marketing analytics to support business decision-making
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) of digital marketing activities
  • Ensuring high-quality marketing data and its effective use
  • Creating and executing SEO and GEO strategies to increase organic traffic and brand visibility (including in AI Search)
  • Collaborating with content marketing, performance marketing, and IT teams
  • Optimizing the website for SEO and continuously monitoring algorithm changes
  • Developing team competencies in modern digital marketing
  • Planning team activities and ensuring high-quality project delivery
     

This offer is for you if you:

  • Hold a higher education degree (preferably in marketing)
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing and a minimum of 3 years in eCommerce
  • Are proficient in SEO, GEO, marketing automation, and marketing analytics
  • Are familiar with marketing tools (experience with Salesforce is a plus)
  • Can analyze data and translate it into concrete business actions
  • Have experience in project and/or team management
  • Have English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level and advanced proficiency in Polish
  • Work reliably, accurately, and meet deadlines
  • Are a team player and can build a positive collaborative environment
  • Adhere to high work standards and take responsibility for assigned tasks

Skills Required

  • Higher education degree
  • Degree in marketing
  • Minimum 5 years experience in digital marketing
  • Minimum 3 years experience in eCommerce
  • Proficiency in SEO and GEO strategies
  • Experience with marketing automation and marketing analytics
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (experience a plus)
  • Ability to analyze data and translate into business actions
  • Experience in project and/or team management
  • English proficiency (minimum B2) and advanced Polish
  • Reliable, accurate, deadline-oriented work habits
