Profile Requirements:

  • Digital Lead Generation
  • Strategy Development: Create and implement lead generation strategies using SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Targeted Campaigns: Develop personalized campaigns aimed at attracting and nurturing leads.
  • Campaign Management
  • Execution & Optimization: Plan, execute, and continuously optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Cross-Platform Strategy: Ensure consistent messaging and alignment across multiple digital platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, ensuring data-driven decisions.
  • Insights & Recommendations: Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data to optimize current and future campaigns.
  • Content Creation
  • Content Strategy: Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content aimed at driving traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Creative Direction: Ensure content aligns with business objectives, brand voice, and marketing goals.
  • Budget Management
  • ROI Maximization: Effectively manage marketing budgets to achieve key performance targets and maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Cost Efficiency: Ensure optimal allocation of resources across campaigns while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Video Editing & Production
  • Content Creation: Edit videos for marketing purposes, ensuring high-quality visuals and messaging that align with the business’s objectives.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure that all video content reinforces the brand identity and supports marketing initiatives.

Core responsibilities:

  • Experience & Expertise
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Expertise in SEO (Highly Preferred) to drive organic growth.
  • Extensive experience working with Luxury Brands (Must Have).
  • Tools Proficiency
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing software (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Skilled in design tools such as Canva or Figma.
  • CRM Knowledge: Knowledgeable in using HubSpot (Highly Preferred).
  • Content Creation & Communication
  • Copywriting skills (Highly Preferred) for creating compelling and persuasive content.
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality content for newsletters using HubSpot or similar platforms (Highly Preferred).
  • Expertise in producing TikTok and Instagram videos (Must Have).
  • Analytical & Creative Mindset
  • Reporting Skills: Proven ability to track and report on outreach, engagement outcomes, and lead conversion to drive strategy decisions.
  • Social Media Expertise
  • Hands-on experience managing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube for businesses, with a strong focus on growing engagement and brand awareness.
  • Portfolio Requirements for Shortlisted Candidates
  • Portfolio Highlights:
  • Examples of social media posts, especially on TikTok and Instagram, showcasing high-quality content and engagement strategies.
  • Reporting on outreach efforts, engagement metrics, and lead conversion.
  • Evidence of film or video editing expertise (Must Have).
