Profile Requirements:
- 4+ years' experience in digital marketing.
- Strong SEO and technical SEO experience.
- Advanced Google Ads and Meta Ads experience.
- Experience managing social media strategy and community engagement.
- Strong copywriting and content marketing skills.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Search Console.
- Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Coding or advanced WordPress development skills are highly advantageous but not mandatory
Core responsibilities:
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Manage Google Ads (Search, Display and Grant campaigns where applicable) and Meta advertising campaigns.
- Plan, schedule and manage social media content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and emerging platforms.
- Grow online communities while increasing engagement, memberships, donations and campaign participation.
- Optimise website content, landing pages and conversion pathways.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and technical SEO audits.
- Manage email marketing, CRM segmentation and marketing automation campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance using GA4, Search Console, Meta Business Suite and Looker Studio.
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Support fundraising campaigns, advocacy initiatives, National Pain Week promotions and awareness activities through integrated digital marketing.
