Main responsibilities:

  • Lead digital operational excellence and continuous improvement for all digital services including infrastructure, shopfloor & laboratory solutions and other business support solution
  • Drive business value creation by ensuring digital solutions are properly implemented and deliver measurable outcomes to site operations
  • Monitor and resolve incidents and service requests within SLA targets while maintaining business continuity
  • Participate in deployment of Sanofi Core Models and global digital initiatives including ERP, MES, LIMS and innovative solutions, 
  • Manage digital site budget and portfolio while participating in strategic planning and budget cycles
  • Lead and develop local digital teams, fostering innovation and applying HR best practices
  • Collaborate with global Digital Teams and local business teams to define compliant solutions that meet local needs

About you
  • Experience: 6-8 years in Digital/IT department 
  • Technical skills: Knowledge of ERPs, MES, LIMS, Label Printing, and data visualization platforms like PowerBI
  • Compliance expertise: Experience in Computerized Systems Validation and regulatory frameworks (FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, GAMP 5)
  • Leadership capabilities: Proven ability to manage teams, drive process improvement, and foster innovation culture with good communication skills
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, System Analysis, Engineering, or related fields
  • Languages: Fluent in English and French
  • Project management: PMP or Agile certification preferred

La fourchette salariale pour ce poste est:€64 000,00 - €85 333

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.

Skills Required

  • Several years in Digital M&S solutions including MES, Serialization, and Statistical Analysis systems
  • Strong knowledge of ERPs, Label Printing, Electronic Work Instructions, LIMS, and data visualization platforms like PowerBI
  • Experience in Computerized Systems Validation and regulatory frameworks (FDA, ISO standards, GAMP 5)
  • Proven ability to manage teams and drive process improvement
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, System Analysis, Engineering, or related fields
  • PMP or Agile certification
