We are seeking a self-motivated person to join our team as a Digital Learning Partner. The Digital Learning Partner serves as a strategic partner, change agent, and culture steward for Directors Investment Group and its subsidiaries. This role collaborates across the organization to design and deliver digital learning solutions that align with business objectives, enhance performance, and support continuous learning. The Digital Learning Partner acts as a trusted advisor to leaders, ensuring digital learning initiatives provide meaningful, measurable value to employees and management.
Tools & Technology:
- Microsoft Office 365
- Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Digital learning and content development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise)
- Collaboration and communication platforms
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Communicate and reinforce the mission and vision of DIG and its subsidiaries.
- Exemplify DIG core values of love, growth, and community.
- Lead and support identified digital learning initiatives across DIG and its subsidiaries.
- Manage, maintain, and promote internal and external learning management system (LMS) platforms.
- Apply instructional design principles to develop engaging digital, blended, and flipped learning experiences.
- Partner with leaders and teams to identify learning and performance gaps.
- Design, develop, deliver, and evaluate digital learning solutions aligned with business needs.
- Develop strong partnerships with internal and remote managers and subject matter experts.
- Provide data-informed, customized recommendations to support organizational effectiveness.
- Drive adoption of digital learning solutions through effective change management strategies.
- Collaborate with Professional Education & Development, People Operations, and business teams to achieve learning objectives.
- Support initiatives that reinforce DIG’s commitment to excellence and service within the funeral industry.
- Stay current on digital learning trends, tools, and best practices.

Education & Experience
- Training, education, instructional design, or related background required.
- Experience administering or supporting learning management systems required.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience in insurance, funeral service, or regulated industries preferred.
- Experience designing or supporting digital learning initiatives preferred.
