Job Description:

• Transform classroom or presentation-based materials into digital learning formats such as explainer videos, animated modules, or interactive slides.
• Design creative storyboards and visual concepts that align with learning objectives.
• Produce, shoot, and edit training videos — including scripting, voiceover coordination, and post-production.
• Develop short-form digital learning content (e.g., reels, teasers, motion graphics) to promote engagement and reinforce key learning messages.
• Create infographics, learning cards, and digital posters for both formal training and internal communication.
• Collaborate with the instructional design team to simplify complex topics into clear and appealing visuals.
• Ensure all learning content meets brand guidelines, visual identity standards, and tone of communication.
• Continuously explore new digital trends and propose creative formats to enhance learner engagement.

Preferred skills (heading) / Compétences particulières (titre)

• Proven experience in video production, animation, or digital content creation (preferably for learning or training).

• Skilled in multimedia and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, CapCut, or equivalent).

• Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability to make learning content engaging and memorable.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to balance multiple projects.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Digital Communication, or related field.

• Experience in the financial services or insurance industry
