Position: Digital IT Intern

About the Internship: Nxatel is offering a comprehensive Digital IT Internship, providing immersive, hands-on experience in various IT disciplines. Interns will rotate through different roles, allowing them to explore and develop a broad range of skills in the digital IT field.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team.

Scrum Work:
- Assist in organizing and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Update Scrum boards and track the progress of sprints.

Web Development:
- Contribute to the development of web pages, focusing on creating and maintaining index pages.
- Work on front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React Native.

- Execute test cases to identify bugs and ensure product quality.
- Document and report findings to the development team for resolution.

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an IT-related degree program or a recent graduate.
- Basic understanding of:
- Python
- React Native JS
- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- PHP
- Linux (knowledge would be advantageous)
