As Digital Innovation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing end-to-end digital solutions that align with our business objectives. This is a forward looking role that aligns to maximise usage and engagement with current digital solutions across PPP technology landscape in line with PPP (People, Property & Procurement) BGIUK and Group strategies.

You will develop and design digital solutions that meet business needs and align with the overall digital strategy in collaboration with the wider Technology Delivery Teams – Digital First and AI-Enabled.

By being accountable for the design and architecture of the platforms you will support. This accountability would extend to facilitating conversations with other parties who take action.

Actively seek out opportunities to develop employee centric solutions for existing functionality and processes or new functionality for the primary platforms they cover.

Create detailed functional specifications and documentation for digital projects, including workflows, use cases, and user stories.

You will own the backlog of changes for the platforms they cover with a view to prioritising and delivery solutions, enhancement and fixes consistently and swiftly.

Manage stakeholders as well as collaborating with other teams, departments and colleagues on improvements being made and communications on improvements being made.

Stay up to date with the latest digital trends and technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Acting as a people manager and coaching, supporting, and developing their team to ensure effective delivery.
Key Skills/Qualifications needed for this role

You will have a strong understanding and extensive experience of the PPP Technology landscape (including, Workday and Workvivo)

Be confident in requirements gathering, solution creation and technical architecture design.

Have strong consulting skills e.g. presenting, leading workshops, demonstrating and explaining complex solutions to stakeholders

Experience with change management process or project management methodologies.

Excellent stakeholder focus, able to assess stakeholder needs, build relationships and manage stakeholder expectations. You will know when to push back, when to escalate, and when to go above and beyond to satisfy a stakeholder.

An interest and affinity with technology and how technology can enable PPP Operations and beyond – specifically on AI-led use cases with a user experience mentality
