General Summary of Responsibilities:
- Uploading and downloading of digital files.
- Basic editing (for file manipulation).
- File transfer to server or hard drive.
- Organizing, labeling and management of digital files.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Digital Associate Position Details:
- Full-Time Position: 40 hours per week
- Multiple shifts are available.
- Starting pay is $17/hour with eligibility to earn a pay increase every 90 days at the end of the Quarter.
- Overtime as required based on the Manager's discretion.

Qualifications
Digital Associate Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years knowledge of film & photo formats preferred
- Solid experience with different file structures
- Experience with basic editing skills
- Knowledge of how to work with digital files
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe Premiere and/or Final Cut Pro is preferred
- Experienced in using file servers and understanding of file sharing concepts
- Solid experience with digital media and various file formats (MP4, MOV, AVI, DV, MPEG, etc.)
- Detail oriented
- Experience with MAC and/or PC computers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Comfortable working within predetermined creative parameters
- Maintains quality and efficiency goals set by management
- Team Player
Digital Associate Education:
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
Skills Required
