Manage workstation workflows, research tape quality, interpret order notes, audit completed orders, stage tapes, troubleshoot equipment and perform minor tape repairs. Create order-picking lists in Google Sheets or Excel, maintain an organized work area, and meet physical requirements including prolonged standing, lifting up to 40 pounds, bending, climbing, and pulling.

Uploads, downloads, transfers, edits, organizes, labels, and manages digital media files on servers or hard drives. The role requires familiarity with film and photo formats, file structures, digital media formats, basic editing, file-sharing concepts, and Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut Pro. It involves maintaining quality and efficiency goals in a fast-paced warehouse environment while working assigned shifts and overtime as needed.

Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, and face-to-face. Identify and resolve customer issues, escalate when necessary, follow policies and departmental procedures, manage authorized email queues, meet call and email handle-time targets, and identify trends to improve service. Onsite, Monday–Friday daytime shifts.
