Program Structure:
- Duration/Schedule: Flexible part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer months.
- Location: Hybrid
- Start Date: May 2026
What We’re Looking For:
- Enrollment in a two-year or four-year degree program in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field with current status of at least a Sophomore level.
- Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Ability to succeed in a team environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
Preferred Experience:
Enthusiastic for new technology and process improvement.
What You’ll Focus On:
- Help with the expansion of AI vision safety systems.
- Assist with engineering practices for our plant robot.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement projects.
- Assist and/or lead multiple Digital Transformation -related projects supporting the different facets of the business.
- Document and improve processes.
