This is an entry level position that is ideal for a recent college grad or entry level candidate that is looking to gain hands-on experience in a digital marketing agency. The right person for this position is highly analytical, technology savvy, and above all a fantastic communicator.

In this role, you will work directly with the Account Management team to execute tasks across a broad range of digital marketing channels, for a diverse roster of clients. You will learn the essential principles of paid search, social, SEO, email marketing, web design, and development. You’ll be given the opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of our agency and our clients. Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Support the Account Management team in all aspects of day to day work and client communication
  • Execute tasks across a wide variety of digital marketing channels and disciplines
  • Build a strong understanding of our clients’ business needs, goals, and ways of measuring success
  • Communicate directly with clients and act as their advocate within our agency
  • Manage tasks, project schedules, and work with internal resources to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on-time
  • Provide strategic input to both our internal teams and to the client
  • Learn with enthusiasm

Job Qualifications:

  • Understanding of digital marketing channels such as paid search, social, SEO, email marketing, content creation, web design, and web development
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must bring positive energy to the agency day in and day out
  • Absolutely must have a genuine passion for achieving client goals and exceeding client expectations

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a agency setting
  • Motivated and a self-starter
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Likes problem solving
