Join us at Entrust

At Entrust, we’re shaping the future of identity centric security solutions. From our comprehensive portfolio of solutions to our flexible, global workplace, we empower careers, foster collaboration, and build solutions that help keep the world moving safely.

Get to Know Us

Headquartered in Minnesota, Entrust is an industry leader in identity-centric security solutions, serving over 150 countries with cutting-edge, scalable technologies. But our secret weapon? Our people. It’s the curiosity, dedication, and innovation that drive our success and help us anticipate the future.

We are looking for an experienced Policy and Regulatory Analyst to join our Product Regulatory Compliance team.

About the role:
Europe is rewriting the rules of digital identity. eIDAS 2.0 and the EUDI Wallet, the AI Act, EU AML regulation, the certification frameworks beneath them: everything is changing at once. All of this at a moment when fighting fraud - deepfakes and other AI-powered attacks - has never mattered more.

Entrust builds technology at the centre of it all: AI-powered identity verification and biometrics, and the connections to the EUDI Wallet and new eID schemes that are becoming Europe’s identity infrastructure. Our Public & Regulatory Affairs team sits inside the Product organisation to make sure we don't just follow the new rules - we contribute to shaping them.
This is a role for the curious: you’ll be the expert colleagues consult, the first to read the texts that will reshape the sector, and the guiding voice of policy in the room where the product takes shape.
What makes it a rare opportunity is where the team lives: inside Product. Your analysis feeds directly into the roadmap, and the scope runs from AI to age verification, from cyber to digital sovereignty. And because new rules open new markets as often as they impose new constraints, part of the role is spotting the opportunities they create - and bringing them to the product teams.

Reporting to the Head of Policy and Regulatory, you'll find the role is a mix:

  • A little bit of regulatory analysis...Analysing regulations (i.e. eIDAS 2.0 implementing acts, ETSI standards and EU AML regulation) as they land, and assessing what they change for our products and customers across EMEA.

  • A little bit of certification craft...Supporting our ETSI TS 119 461 v2 uplift across the EU 27 Member states, and the maintenance of our UK DVS certification - learning from the inside how Entrust gets, and stays, certified.

  • A little bit of policy and external engagement... Drafting consultation responses and position papers, joining expert working groups and industry gatherings alongside supervisors and regulators - from national authorities like ANSSI and OfDIA to the EU institutions - and travelling in Europe to meet and convince the people who write the rules.

You will also:

  • Conduct regulatory assessments across EMEA markets, covering identity, trust services and financial frameworks.

  • Help map the regulatory pathway for the EUDI Wallet.

  • Help build our horizon-scanning tooling, so we spot what's coming early.

  • Produce summaries, comparison tables and recommendations that Product, Engineering, Sales and GTM teams actually use.

Ultimately, this role is about more than tracking regulation. To be successful, you'll go deep enough to become a genuine expert, and be an important voice internally - someone who informs colleagues across teams and translates complex requirements into clear, actionable guidance. And over time, an advocate for these topics inside the company, and a voice of Entrust in the debate outside.

This role is hybrid, based in Paris or London.

What you can expect:

  • Your analysis guiding product roadmaps and strategy.

  • A growing external presence: conferences, expert working groups, and meetings with regulators and policy-makers across Europe.

  • Real ownership from day one, with the support of a senior team.

  • A nice team on top!

Essential qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in regulatory analysis, public affairs, digital identity, tech regulation or a related field.

  • Strong ability to interpret and summarise regulatory and technical frameworks (eIDAS 2.0, ETSI TS 119 461, EU AML regulation, EBA and AMLA guidelines).

  • Excellent writing, structuring and communication skills.

  • An ability to translate between the specialist languages of Product, technology and law.

  • Comfort presenting and working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales and GTM teams.

  • Fluency in English.

  • Intellectual curiosity - about the law, and about the technology behind it (deepfakes, biometrics, digital identity wallets).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Fluency in French, German or Spanish.

  • Expérience with trust services, eIDAS 2.0, ETSI standards (in particular ETSI TS 119 461) or the UK DIATF.

Exposure to certification processes (ISO, ETSI, national eKYC frameworks) or to public consultations and position papers.
