YOUR ROLE
As a Digital Identity Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of identity platform implementations and system integrations.
You will drive technical delivery across CI/CD pipelines, cloud integrations, and DevOps practices, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing identity solutions.
You will work closely with client technical teams and internal delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and operational excellence across the platform lifecycle.
- Implement and onboard identity platforms into customer environments
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using modern DevOps practices
- Implement Infrastructure as Code and Configuration as Code solutions
- Configure secrets management solutions (Vault, Key Vault)
- Implement logging and monitoring solutions (e.g. Splunk)
- Configure WAF and security layers for identity platforms
- Support production environments and participate in on-call rotations
- Collaborate with clients to deliver integrations and platform solutions
- Contribute to architecture decisions and continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
To be successful in this role you will bring the following experience and skillset:
- Ideally have 3–6 years’ experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or system integration
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong knowledge of IAM protocols (OIDC, SAML, OAuth)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
- Proficiency in IaC tools (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation)
- Scripting capability (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerised environments
- Strong networking fundamentals (DNS, HTTP/S, firewalls, load balancing)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
