Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled IAM Developer Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Okta and CyberArk development and integrations. The role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing identity and privileged access solutions, including automation, custom integrations, and secure authentication workflows across enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop IAM and PAM solutions using Okta and CyberArk platforms.
- Build and maintain custom integrations using APIs, SDKs, and connectors.
- Develop and configure SSO integrations using SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
- Implement user lifecycle automation (joiner, mover, leaver) using Okta Workflows and APIs.
- Develop and manage SCIM-based provisioning and deprovisioning solutions.
- Customize and enhance Okta policies, authentication flows, and adaptive MFA.
- Develop automation scripts for CyberArk account onboarding, password rotation, and reconciliation.
- Integrate CyberArk with enterprise systems for privileged credential management and session handling.
- Work with CyberArk components such as Vault, CPM, PSM, PVWA, and AIM (Application Identity Manager).
- Develop secure solutions for secrets management and application credential injection.
- Collaborate with application teams to onboard applications into IAM/PAM platforms.
- Perform code reviews, testing, and deployment of IAM solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and authentication issues.
- Maintain technical documentation, design artifacts, and reusable components.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in IAM/PAM development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Okta APIs, Workflows, and custom integrations.
- Experience in CyberArk development and automation (REST APIs, scripting).
- Proficiency in SSO protocols: SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect.
- Experience with SCIM provisioning and identity lifecycle automation.
- Strong programming/scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and web services integration.
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and authentication flows.
- Understanding of privileged access management concepts.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
