Barcelona is where that software future is engineered. Our Hub is young and software-focused — organised in SAFe, established around two and a half years ago, and now ready for its next step. We are looking for a Digital Hub Director to lead a high-performing software team and, from Barcelona, help shape the broad software strategy: an intelligent orchestration system spanning hybrid-fleet automation, end-to-end orchestration of intralogistics resources, an AI engine for continuous optimization and one unified user experience — built on common standards, a common platform and common infrastructure.

- Intralogistics / material handling background (a plus) — experience in or familiarity with intralogistics, material handling or related industrial domains is desirable.
Skills Required
- Proven software delivery leadership with experience building and leading teams that ship software
- Deep fluency in SAFe, agile practices and team topologies
- Experience defining and driving platform and orchestration strategies (including AI-driven optimization)
- Ability to drive common standards, platform consolidation and engineering excellence
- Commercial acumen: connect software work to customer value, market position and revenue
- Strong people leadership: attract, develop and scale high-performing engineering teams
- Experience in intralogistics / material handling or related industrial domains
