About the role .
As a Digital HR Specialist you will be supporting delivery of key services in the Digital HR space including Access Management, Incident Management, User Enablement and Technology Advancement. This role is ideal for someone who is curious about, and a quick learner of, HR technology, is able to work within structured processes, enjoys improving processes, is committed to ensuring accuracy and enjoys problem-solving.
This position is based in our Employee Experience Center in Bielany Wrocławskie, with a hybrid model (3 days in-office). You will report to the Digital HR Team Lead.
What you'll be doing.
Access Management
- Provide appropriate role-based access to our HR systems , ensuring requests are appropriate and access is granted or adjusted in accordance with our defined model. Promptly redirect access requests that do not fit our security model to the appropriate intake and process.
- Conduct periodic access audits, compliance checks and security reviews; accountable to ensure security controls are functioning as intended.
- Identify process gaps and support the actions to address.
User Enablement
- Keep technical documentation, job aids and user guides updated, ensuring relevance and health of HR technology content
- Facilitate training, system or communication channels that reduce incident volume over time related to user error and data and help embed Digital Know-How into the HR function.
Elevated Support for HR Technology
- Actively contribute to the Incident Management process to ensure timely resolution of Breaks and support testing and deployment activities where technical solutions are needed.
- Execute quality and effective Case Management in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and standard operating procedures.
Supporting Technology Advancement
- Independently deliver general operational support items (i.e. holiday calendar system uploads, table maintenance etc.) within an agreed upon process and timeframe.
- Provide quality assurance during system release & patch windows for incoming changes, ensuring smooth transitions to production. Work with and understand results of automation tools. Help support activities that improve business readiness for deployment.
- Contribute to the creation of comprehensive test scripts.
What you'll need to be successful.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Super User of HR Technology (e.g., SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, UKG Dimensions, Phenom, etc.), preferably in an HR Shared Service setting.
- Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources Management/Information Technology or a related discipline preferred.
- Sound understanding of core HR processes (e.g., Talent Management, Onboarding, Compensation Cycle Management, etc.).
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and MS Office tools.
- Strong communication, attention to detail and process adherence.
- Strong understanding of risk, compliance, data privacy and confidentiality in the HR space
- Experience performing Root Cause Analysis on technical problems or supporting technology enhancements would be considered an asset.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with a geographically dispersed team
- Fluent in English.
