Hello! We’re looking for a creative and strategic Digital Growth Strategist to lead our team’s marketing initiatives and propel the growth of both of our Jubilee and nectar brands. In this role, you’ll develop and implement key strategies aimed at increasing the company's social and platform userbases, revenue, and pushing forth our brand presence across multiple digital channels. This role is made for the daring marketer that is passionate about driving social strategy, fostering community growth, and finding bold solutions to reaching new audiences.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive organic growth marketing strategies focused on user acquisition, conversion, and retention
  • Design, implement, and analyze experiments across organic social media, content marketing, and outreach methods
  • Oversee content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Community Tab & Shorts
  • Analyze and identify meaningful opportunities to increase our audience, maximize engagement, and fuel business expansion
  • Leverage analytics and data tools to regularly track and report on key growth metrics 
  • Dive deep into data and market research to identify meaningful trends and insights
  • Lead user acquisition strategy to gain new users and increase downloads of the nectar mobile app
  • Collaborate with Jubilee’s Creative, Production, and Brand Partnership teams to align growth initiatives with company objectives

Who You Are

  • 3-5+ years of experience working in digital and growth marketing
  • High comfort with data driven decision making and ability to translate data into actionable content recommendations
  • Scrappy and willing to think outside the box
  • Solid track record of leading digital marketing campaigns that have resulted in significant business growth
  • Proven experience successfully growing users across social and technology platforms
  • Creative thinker with the instinct and knowledge to produce trendsetting content 
  • A natural problem solver with the confidence to tackle and overcome growth challenges
  • Collaborative and a wildly creative self-starter
  • Excited to help us grow our Jubilee and Nectar brands 
  • Passionate about Jubilee's ethos & mission

**PLEASE NOTE: Jubilee has a hybrid work culture and we are currently working in-office 3 days at work with 2 days a week of remote work. As such, all candidates must be on-site in El Segundo 3 days a week and thus based near the office or willing to relocate.**
