We are seeking a Digital Growth Leader to own our digital acquisition, subscription sales, and retention strategy. This role carries a sales quota and includes a performance bonus tied directly to subscription and revenue growth.

RequirementsYour Mission
- Lead Youtap’s charge to take market share from established POS SaaS competitors in Indonesia.
- Own and deliver on the sales number for Youtap POS subscriptions across restaurants, QSVs, retailers, and SMEs.
- Build and execute weekly and monthly digital SaaS campaigns to hit ambitious acquisition and revenue targets.
- Develop and optimize SaaS pricing, packaging, and promotions to outcompete rivals.
- Build digital self-service funnels that maximize sign-ups, onboarding, renewals, and upsells.
- Drive churn management and lifecycle programs to keep merchants loyal to Youtap.
- Partner with Product teams to launch competitive features, bundles, and growth initiatives.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performance digital growth team focused on beating the competition.
- Mandatory: 8–12 years of proven success in SaaS subscription sales and marketing.
- Mandatory: Direct experience with SaaS pricing, online subscription funnels, churn management, and campaign execution.
- Mandatory: Background in a leading POS SaaS business in Indonesia (e.g., Moka, Pawoon, ESB) or an international SaaS subscription company.
- Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding SaaS sales quotas.
- Strong experience in digital-first competitive acquisition strategies.
- Expertise in digital performance channels: Google, Meta, TikTok, Facebook Business, WhatsApp Business, LinkedIn.
- Proficiency in CAC/LTV modeling, funnel optimization, analytics, and A/B testing.
- Deep understanding of SME adoption drivers in restaurants, QSVs, and retail.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Highly commercial, data-driven, competitive, and motivated by performance-based bonuses.
