FLSA Status:                  Full Time - Salaried, Exempt

Summary of Position:  

The Digital Growth Lead position is responsible for growing pep revenue in the digital space, expanding pep’s knowledge in digital marketing and managing digital campaigns.  The ideal candidate for this role is an independent worker, with a team player mindset, enthusiastic and energetic approach. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following.   


Key Responsibilities and Attributes: 


Business Development & Revenue Generation: 

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities 
  • Collaborate with current client account teams to drive revenue growth 
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual digital program growth goals. 
  • Develop digital campaign proposals  
  • Participate in RFP’s, pulling together content and leading presentations 
  • Keep Salesforce opportunities up to date and maintain pipeline 

 Digital Strategy & Thought Leadership 

  • Act as a digital planning resource, presenting emerging capabilities, sharing competitive insights, and identifying industry trends. 
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the digital landscape and its impact on our clients' businesses. 
  • Create compelling internal and external-facing content, including white papers, POVs, and case studies, to showcase our digital expertise. 

Platform Management & Training: 

  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Catalyst, pep's in-house digital activation platform. 
  • Collaborate with WPP agency partner on the development and implementation of platform capabilities and enhancements. 
  • Crosstrain pep team on the Catalyst platform. 

Promotion Management and Execution 

  • Manage all aspects of digital promotions from Client Growth team 
  • Communicate / update timeline expectations to appropriate client, supplier and internal personnel.  
  • Communicate production/promotion specifications to suppliers.  
  • Collaborate with clients and suppliers to ensure that program requirements meet legal and policy guidelines/requirements.     
  • Assist in confirming project cost estimates and communicating with appropriate personnel.      
  • Communicate recommendations that allow our customers to reduce costs and/or reduce cycle time.  
  • Collaborate with necessary parties to ensure that complete program execution is seamless and flawless.  
  • Coordinate invoice and billing
