As the digital landscape constantly evolves, we’re seeking a talented Digital Graphic Designer who thrives in change, embraces flexibility, and approaches each project with a continual learner’s mindset. As a Digital Graphic Designer in our studio, you’ll bring your elevated hands-on craft and creative problem-solving, with a mastery of digital design and an eye for detail. You’ll execute a wide range of assets for e-commerce, social, and web, ensuring every piece not only aligns with brand guidelines but also performs seamlessly across platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with Senior Designers and cross-functional partners while building new skills, experimenting with fresh approaches, and growing your expertise in how design impacts business.
What You’ll Do
- Design and develop high-quality digital assets for e-commerce platforms (PDP tiles, banners, on/offsite media) and paid/organic social content.
- Translate brand guidelines into digital environments with precision and consistency.
- Optimize creative for platform specs across Amazon, Walmart, Target, and DTC websites.
- Collaborate with senior designers, brand managers, and marketers to deliver against briefs.
- Execute design iterations quickly based on feedback while maintaining quality.
- Keep design files, libraries, and assets organized and version-controlled.
- Stay current on emerging tools, AI-powered workflows, and digital best practices, applying new learning directly to projects.
- Use AI tools to generate creative ideas, modify content assets, and create adaptations for various platforms.
Key Capabilities
- Craftsmanship & Agility: Hands-on creation of compelling digital graphics, with strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory. Ability to adapt creative approaches across multiple platforms.
- Mastery of Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma Suite of tools and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Working knowledge of motion graphics applications (After Effects, Premier, Cinema4D).
- E-commerce & Social Expertise: Familiarity with platform requirements and ability to optimize assets for each channel.
- File & Workflow Discipline: Ability to manage multiple projects, maintain structure, and deliver on deadlines.
- Flexibility & Learning Mindset: Open to feedback, comfortable experimenting, and committed to continual skill growth.
- AI Visual Design Exploration: Working with new AI-powered design tools for rapid prototyping and iterations.
- Presentation Skills: Comfort with presenting work and explaining design decisions.
Job Qualifications
- BA/BS in Graphic Design or related field.
- 2+ years of professional digital design experience (ideally CPG, retail, or e-commerce preferred).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital assets across web, e-commerce, and social.
- Collaborative mindset, receptive to feedback, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Starting Pay / Salary Range: $85,000 to $115,000
Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience. At P&G compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Total rewards at P&G include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits.
