Location:
We have offices in New York, Los Angeles, Milwaukee, and Gurgaon. This position will be based out of Gurgaon, India where you can work Hybrid or Remote.
About the role:
Trusted Media Brands is looking for a strong, seasoned Digital Graphic Designer responsible for designing impactful, conversion-oriented designs for various touch points that are inspiring, consistent, creative and in keeping with the feel of the brand(s). Working across needs of the marketing businesses, this position brings to life the visions of products that support business goals and conversion needs, while delighting users and ensuring timely completion of assigned projects. Work will span across email and landing page design, digital ads and social media graphics.
About You:
You’re an inspired, versatile designer with a portfolio of digital work. You know how to translate a creative brief into compelling visual solutions to build audience and deepen engagement. You have hands-on experience maximizing creative tools, including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Knowledge of html, css and experience designing for email and the web is required. Previous work in Salesforce preferred. Webflow experience is a plus. After Effects and/or Premier knowledge is a plus.
Your Day-to-Day:

  • You will design and produce responsive email to market magazines, books, online learning and other various marketing initiatives – This requires the ability to execute high quality design mockups and edit HTML emails that render consistency across multiple clients and browsers
  • You’ll meet with members of the marketing team to develop response driven campaigns – This includes the creation and design of various digital advertising units for in-house space, email ads, exit pop-ups and various social media platforms
  • For secondary products, websites, assets, newsletters, etc. you will create graphics, new concepts and keep artwork refreshed and up-to-date to make sure current brand standards are being implemented across the brands
  • You will manage workflow in JIRA project management software – Use the software to appropriately manage jobs by deadline and prioritize
  • You stay on top of design trends. This keeps our designs fresh and allows us to give current and relevant input – This requires reading relevant articles and reviewing trending content
  • Other duties as assigned

You Have:

  • 5+ years of design experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts or related field
  • Deep knowledge of the Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop that are sharp—and current
  • Web design experience using HTML5 and CSS3 in the context of interactive websites and email – Experience editing hand-coded HTML email and hand-coded HTML and CSS for the web
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Content Builder) is a plus
  • Strong understanding of responsive design/development techniques using current best practices in web and email standards
  • Experience working with responsive pages and optimizing for mobile experiences
  • Familiarity with digital asset management systems
  • Experience working in project management software within a creative department
  • A keen sense of how to prioritize tasks and to help others keep on track
  • A gift for proactive problem-solving and enjoy thinking on your feet
  • Proven ability pitch creative solutions, including mood boards or sketches to convey ideas
  • Compelling visual and verbal communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, multi-task environment
