The Role

Position Description:

ServiceTrade is a leading SaaS company transforming the fire protection and mechanical industries. We’re seeking a motivated and skilled Contract Digital Form Creator to support our growing team for 6 months (with the possibility of extension). As a Digital Form Creator, you will work alongside our Product team to modernize and optimize digital inspection forms, transforming legacy systems into intuitive, high-performance tools that simplify operations and empower our technicians. Your work will directly impact how critical services are delivered and tracked in the field.

Key Responsibilities and Activities:

  • Convert and integrate inspection forms from legacy systems into the new form platform
  • Develop and implement form logic, validation rules, and data handling processes using JavaScript
  • Ensure complete and secure end-to-end data flow between the form platform, internal systems, and external stakeholders
  • Configure automated workflows such as email notifications triggered by form actions
  • Collaborate with development teams, operations personnel, and business stakeholders to meet functional and technical requirements
  • Manage the full integration lifecycle—from analysis and design to testing, deployment, and support
  • Provide stakeholders with regular updates on progress, timeline, and resource needs

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience in systems integration and workflow automation
  • Familiarity with form-building tools, platforms, and data mapping techniques
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with both technical and non-technical stakeholders 
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage priorities effectively

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in the inspection, compliance, or field service industries.
  • Background in digital transformation or legacy system modernization projects.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and dynamic form development
