What makes this opportunity outstandingWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join LSG Digital Finance Analytics team with an extensive background in PowerBI, SQL, and other visualization tools. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Finance and a demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets, automate processes, and effectively communicate insights to senior management. This role will be responsible for utilizing data platforms (PowerBI, Azure Databricks, Fabric), standardizing reporting infrastructure, and providing financial planning, analysis, and forecasting support to our LSG Digital Finance Analytics team. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to program in Python.
Responsibilities- Apply PowerBI, SQL, and other visualization tools for analyzing large datasets.
- Automate financial processes to improve efficiency.
- Standardize reporting infrastructure to ensure flawless data accuracy.
- Provide financial planning, analysis, and forecasting support.
- Communicate insights effectively to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine data needs and solutions.
- Successfully implement advanced data analytics projects.
- Extensive background in PowerBI and SQL.
- Strong understanding of Finance principles.
- Proven capacity for examining extensive datasets.
- Proven ability to automate processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to program in Python.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with Azure Databricks and Fabric is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of applicable experience in finance analytics and BI is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Capability to operate autonomously and collaborate effectively within a team.
