Responsible for supporting the digital experience and financial results within their respective areas of ownership by owning the digital experience and optimization strategies. This role will be focused on onsite search and product recommendations. The role is responsible for reporting on business performance and sharing insights and opportunities, ensuring that the related experiences are optimized and driving improvements in conversion and KPI’s. Fostering relationships with Digital Category Merchants supporting merchandising initiatives and strategies is critical to this role.
Additional Responsibilities
- Execute and support digital search tasks that support driving relevancy and conversion.
- Execute and support digital recommendation tasks that support driving conversion and revenue.
- Act as a project contributor and point of contact to internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform analysis and reporting of owned digital experiences for search, recommendations, and areas that these touch, using data to track progress, improvement, and identify future areas of opportunity using GA, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, LogRocket and Qualtrics.
- Research competitor sites and stay up to date on industry best practices to ensure a best-in-class Digital experience for our members.
- Become proficient in tools and processes necessary to maintain areas of ownership (including but not limited to Excel, WCS Management Center, Constructor, Monday.com, Monetate, Adobe Analytics)
- Maintain documentation and best practices for all areas of ownership, to be available for reference and in use of training cross-functional partners, vendors (as needed), and new Team Members.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Ecommerce experience / passion
- Preferred focus within search or recommendations a plus
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, detail-oriented and highly motivated
- Ability to present clear strategies to leadership
- Strong relationship building skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is starting from $55,000.00.
