GoodHabitz is a fast-growing B2B SaaS EdTech business helping organisations across Europe develop their people through engaging, beautifully produced online learning. With approximately €50M ARR and a presence in 10 countries, we're scaling our marketing function significantly — moving to a centralised model that produces high-quality, high-volume creative output for markets across Europe.

About this role:

As Digital Experience Specialist at GoodHabitz, you shape the strategy behind our website and digital platforms, turning business outcomes into the pages, journeys, and frameworks that deliver them. You thrive at the intersection of strategic thinking and hands-on scoping: you don't just maintain what exists, you define what should exist next.

You sit with-in our website team, working closely with the Website Platform Owner, and the wider Digital team, you make sure our website it's built to convert, scale, and support the business outcomes that matter in all the global markets.

Responsibilities

Website & Digital Platform Strategy (45%)

Define what we build and why

  • Translate desired business outcomes (conversions, opportunities, retention & upsell, learner engagement) into a website and digital platform strategy - what pages, journeys, and frameworks we need, and why.
  • Scope new pages, templates, and site structures ahead of build, working closely with the Website Platform Owner, Developer and (UX)designers on technical feasibility.
  • Own the site's information architecture and content frameworks, so every page has a clear job to do.
  • Help to prioritize the roadmap against business impact, not just the loudest internal request.
  • Bring a clear point of view on how the website and digital platforms should evolve and turn that into a plan others can execute against.
  • Work closely together with our communications team; this team is your partner in creation of pages and content, needed for our digital infrastructure.

SEO & Organic Growth (15%)

Grow Organic Reach

  • Co-Own the SEO strategy
  • Brief and guide content and copy work to compound organic visibility over time.
  • Track rankings, organic traffic, and share-of-voice, and turn findings into a prioritized action list.
  • Bring a point of view on GEO as search behavior shifts - and ensure our rankings improve over time (and create the plan how to do this).

Analytics & Conversion (20%)

Turn Traffic into Pipeline & Revenue

  • Monitor and analyze website performance — traffic, conversion rates, and user behavior — to build a clear, ongoing picture of what's working and where the friction is.
  • Report clearly on how the website delivers on business outcomes.
  • Apply CRO principles to key pages and journeys - hypothesis-driven testing, not guesswork. Where there isn't enough data, be pragmatic: apply market best-practices and decide based on the information you have.
  • Partner with wider Digital team to align landing pages with paid and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Continuously benchmark our website against best-in-class B2B experiences.

AI & Workflow Automation (20%)

Make the Website Work Smarter

  • Spot repetitive manual work in content publishing, page building, or reporting, and build automations that remove it, using tools like Make.com, Claude, and others.
  • Explore AI-assisted content, personalisation, and self-serve tooling that scales the website without scaling headcount.
  • Document workflows clearly so they're reliable, scalable, and easy for the team to pick up.
  • Stay on top of new AI and no-code tools, and bring practical ideas to the table, not just hype.
  • Contribute to the team's AI and automation roadmap, turning good ideas into working solutions.

Requirements

What you bring

  • 5+ years of experience in a web strategy, digital experience role, ideally with a background in B2B SaaS websites.
  • Strong, hands-on SEO experience (technical and content) - you can run a strategy, not just brief one.
  • Experience with (or a strong track record of picking up) CRO: structured testing, clear hypotheses, documented outcomes.
  • Comfortable scoping pages, frameworks, and site structure ahead of a build - you can brief a developer and a copywriter with equal clarity.
  • Genuine enthusiasm and hands-on experience with AI and automation tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Make.com) applied to web and content workflows.
  • Familiarity with a modern CMS (Webflow) and analytics tooling (e.g. GA4, Search Console, HockeyStack, SemRush or similar).
  • Detail-oriented and structured - you can run multiple pages and projects in parallel without losing sight of the strategy.
  • Excellent command of English; any additional languages are a real bonus (i.e. Dutch, German, Spanish).
  • Based in or willing to commute to Eindhoven 2–3 days per week.
  • You see what AI and automation are doing to web and digital experience - and you want to be at the front of it, not catching up.

Nice to have:

  • UX/UI design experience, you’ve been in a specialist role on this domain before.
