Job Description

As Digital Experience Specialist, you will report to the E-Commerce Manager, you are responsible for analyzing and understanding customer behavior to maximise net sales for a given concept while overseeing and implementing onsite execution and following the visual branding guidelines for COS. In this role, you will report and analyze customer behavior KPIs and act on results.

Site Plan and Management:

  • Perform daily quality checks on all site content launches.
  • Manage on-site visual merchandising, listing page product sorting, and landing page layouts to drive revenue.
  • Ensure the site reflects a strong fashion aesthetic tailored to the local market.

Omni-channel CRM:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize customer lifecycle and segmented communications across Email and LINE to boost customer engagement.

Market Insights & Analytics:

  • Analyse sales data, site performance data, customer behaviour, and competitor trends to suggest feature enhancements, landing page updates, and market-specific site activities.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in e-commerce or digital fashion industry preferred
  • Insightful and knowledgeable in product hierarchy and customer journey
  • Excellent English and Japanese language skills, both verbal & written
  • Curious mindset in data
  • Excellent communicator and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Knowledge of E-commerce tools (CMS, BI, GA/GA4)
  • Possess a strong eye for fashion styling and visual standards, paired with a deep understanding of online consumer behavior.
  • Ability to highly organized, thrive when managing multiple deadlines simultaneously, and take absolute pride in the precision of site execution.
  • Love digging into customer journeys and sales data to troubleshoot frictions and improve the digital shopping experience.
  • A flexible team player who handles changing business needs with an open mind and a proactive, collaborative attitude.

This is a full-time position based in Japan,  reporting to the E-commerce Manager.
