We’re an ambitious start-up backed by experienced local and international stakeholders, and we’re looking for a Digital Experience Manager to take ownership of our core products offering.
This is a high-impact role where you'll drive product vision and execution, working closely with leadership, tech, and business teams to shape and evolve our digital value proposition.
You’ll be leading the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, bringing clarity and focus to a growing product function. Your ability to blend business context, user insights, and technical awareness will be key in delivering high-quality features that move the needle.
- Define and refine the product strategy and roadmap, aligned with business goals
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements and prioritized backlogs
- Develop scope and define backlog items (epic/features/user stories) that guide the development team
- Collaborate cross-functionally with tech, design, marketing, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely product delivery
- Lead discovery efforts to identify user needs and opportunities for product improvements
- Monitor and analyze product performance, metrics, and user feedback to inform decisions
- Continuously identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and innovation
- Ensure effective communication of product goals, updates, and progress across the organization
- Champion best practices in product development and agile processes
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles (e.g. Product Analyst, Business Analyst, etc.)
- Fluency in English (written & spoken)
- Proven experience working on digital products, ideally within fintech, digital commerce, or SaaS
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with data, metrics, and A/B testing to drive decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to think strategically while maintaining attention to detail in execution
- Familiar with agile methodologies and product development lifecycle
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Jira & Confluence
