YOUR ROLE

As Digital Experience Manager, reporting to the Head of Client & Omnichannel Solutions, you will own the strategic direction and day-to-day management of Vacheron Constantin's website. Working closely with internal teams and external agencies, you will drive the end-to-end user experience — from content strategy to technical evolution — ensuring the digital flagship reflects the Maison's standards of excellence. This role requires someone equally comfortable with strategic thinking and hands-on execution.


PLAYING YOUR PART


WEBSITE MANAGEMENT & EXECUTION (80%)

 

  • You will consolidate and maintain a unified digital roadmap for all website updates — functionalities, editorial and product — in close collaboration with internal teams
  • You will define, maintain and continuously optimize the website's user experience and content strategy to enhance desirability and streamline the user journey
  • You will manage all website content, including regular revitalization of key static pages, region-specific updates, and oversight of translation and proofreading processes
  • You will lead website evolution projects from concept to implementation, coordinating external agencies and internal stakeholders
  • You will drive the operational execution of product launches across all digital platforms, aligned with the product roadmap and launch schedule, including ongoing e-merchandising updates
  • You will serve as the key liaison between the website team and Marketing & Communications, ensuring full alignment with brand strategy

PERFORMANCE & ORGANIC GROWTH (20%)

 

  • You will proactively assess the website performance, traffic quality and user engagement, with a strong focus on organic growth
  • You will ensure consistent, high-quality content aligned with content strategy to maximize user value and search visibility, as well as collaborate with the Media team to balance organic (SEO) and paid (SEA) traffic efforts

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?


Success in this role will require:

  • A Master’s degree in Marketing or similar
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in digital and website experience management, ideally within the luxury industry
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, UX/UI design, copywriting, content creation, SEO and e-commerce
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Excellent project management, communication and organisational skills
  • Problem solver, strategic thinker, proactive and team player
  • Proficiency in Content Management Systems, UX/UI design tools, project management platforms, and advanced analytics tools
  • Fluency in English and French

Skills Required

  • Master’s degree in Marketing or a similar field
